1. The 8th ICFF “Rahovche” will be held from June 18 to June 24, 2012 in Gorna Oryahovitsa, Bulgaria.
   
2. The guest group should arrive before lunch on June 18, 2011 and depart on June 24, 2012 after breakfast.
   
3. The group must be composed of max. 35 people, including bus-drivers, directors, musicians and other persons.
   
4. There are no age limit.
   
5. The Organizing Committee provides full board and lodging in 3 star hotel for the guest group.
   
6. The guest group must provide for its own travel expenses to the Festival and back.
   
7. The group must pay a fee for participation in the Festival to the amount of € 60 per person for the entire stay (all inclusive).
   
8. The group must prepare programs with duration from 15 to 30 min. and a promenade.
   
9. The group must bring live music or a CD-s.
   
10. The group must bring two national flags.
    
11. During the Festival the group may sell souvenirs, CD-s, etc.
    
12. The group must bring souvenirs for exchange with the Organizing Committee, the Mayor and the other guest groups.
    
13. The Organizing Committee will take care of emergency cases during the festival, but the group is responsible for their own health insurance.
    
14. The Festival is not a competition.
    
15. Every group will receive invitation for their participation after accepting the conditions. You must answer till 30.04.2012.
    
16. Performances will be placed in open-air stage with 2000 seats.
